Returns Policy


Australian Consumer Law & Other Laws

All terms of this returns policy are to be read as being subject to law. Nothing in this returns policy is intended to modify, limit or exclude the Australian Consumer Law 2010 (Cth) and related legislation.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unused, unopened products

We offer a refund, credit or exchange for any products sold to you by us and returned to and actually received by us within 30 days of placement of your order. This applies only to products that are received by us unused, unopened, in their original packaging and with all seals intact, and which are not sale items. The policy also excludes gift cards or certificates.

Please email us at orders@emporiumofnatural.com and we will issue you with a returns form to include with your returned items. Once the return is received and approved by us, we will process the refund, credit or exchange. If a refund is granted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you opt for a credit, your account will be credited with the appropriate amount. If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be sent to you upon payment of the difference (if the replacement product has a higher price than the returned product was purchased for), or the product will be sent and your account will be credited with the difference if the replacement product has a lower price than the returned product was purchased for.

Defective products

We do not offer a warranty against defects.

However, the manufacturer of the products may offer a warranty against defects (‘manufacturer’s warranty’). Please consult any warranty information provided by the manufacturer about any warranty against defects that it may offer.

If returning products to us pursuant to a manufacturer’s warranty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or our policy on unused, unopened products, please send the product to:

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the product/s until it reaches us so we highly recommend using a trackable postage method. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue a  refund, credit or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return shipping costs under a manufacturer’s warranty or the Australian Consumer Law are determined under the provisions of that warranty or law (as applicable). When returning products to us under our unused, unopened product policy, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and, if you take an exchange, the costs of shipping the replacement product to you.
